专利说明:
Ventilation device with closing valve and self-regulating valve. The invention relates to a ventilation device, comprising a profile-shaped housing, the underside of which has connecting means for a panel, such as a glazing, respectively for a frame, and the top side of which has connecting means for the frame, or for limiting a facade opening, which housing has an outside and an inside between which extends a ventilation passage, a closing valve for closing or releasing the ventilation passage, which closing valve is suspended on one side of the ventilation passage and has a closing valve stop on the opposite side of the ventilation passage, as well as a self-regulating valve which is suspended on or near that opposite side of the ventilation passage for throttling the flow in the ventilation passage. Such a ventilation device is known. By placing the closing valve in the desired position, the space behind can be ventilated or closed properly. In connection with maintaining a suitable environment in the room being ventilated, it is desirable to keep the amount of air flowing through constant. The self-regulating valve plays an important role in this regard. When the air flow is normal, i.e. not too strong, this control valve is in the rest state in which it hardly influences the flow. However, as soon as a relatively strong air flow occurs for whatever reason, the self-regulating valve is displaced by this flow from the rest position such that a certain degree of throttling of the flow passage occurs. That throttling effect may, for example, be desirable if the wind blows harder outside, or if there is too much draft in the room. Although this self-regulating effect in itself leaves little to be desired, the known ventilation device also has a disadvantage. This is related to the fact that with the closing valve closed, the self-regulating valve can start to flap in the wind. As a result, disturbing noises occur in the room, which affects the comfort. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a ventilation device of the type described which does not have this disadvantage. This object is achieved in that the suspension of the self-regulating valve is located between the closing stop of the valve (closing valve stop) and the inside of the housing. The position of the self-regulating valve behind the closing valve stop has the advantage that this valve is well protected against external influences as soon as the closing valve is closed. Wind and the like then no longer have a hold on the self-regulating valve, whereby the occurrence of chattering sounds and the like is prevented. Nevertheless, with the closing valve open, a desired throttling effect occurs if the air speeds become too high. The throttling action of the self-regulating valve can be favorably influenced by hanging it on or near the top of the ventilation passage. In that position the self-regulating valve protrudes or hangs downwards in the ventilation passage, such that the air flowing against it can bring about a certain displacement thereof. The self-regulating valve can be hung in the house in various ways. According to a first possibility, for this purpose, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the housing, several supports are arranged which are mutually spaced apart and on which the self-regulating valve is suspended. These supports offer the possibility of forming a bypass passage around the self-regulating valve, over the top thereof and between the supports. If the self-regulating valve closed too far under the influence of the air flow, fresh air can still be supplied to the space via such a bypass passage. According to an alternative, the self-regulating valve can be directly suspended from the housing. The closing valve can also be suspended directly from the housing. The ventilation device according to the invention can in particular be designed as a so-called flat device, that is to say a device whose outer contour does not protrude, or only slightly, beyond the surfaces of the panel or the frame when installed in a frame. If the ventilation device is built in between the frame and the boundary of a facade opening, the outer contour of the device can correspond to that of the frame. In particular the arrangement in which the closing valve is located on the underside of the ventilation passage, and the self-regulating valve on the upper side thereof, makes such a flat design possible. The outer side and the inner side of the housing can be essentially flat and parallel to each other. Furthermore, in that case the outer side and the inner side of the housing can have a mutual distance which is essentially at most equal to the width of the connecting means, such as a frame for the glazing. The closing valve is preferably suspended on the underside of a ventilation passage. The self-regulating valve can then extend downwardly into the ventilation passage, while the closing valve can lie entirely within the ventilation passage to obtain a small overall width (distance between the inside and outside) of the entire ventilation device. In that connection, the closing valve stop can also be shifted to the outside with respect to the suspension of the closing valve. The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the figures. Figure 1 shows a cross-section through a ventilation device according to the invention in the opened state, accommodated in a frame. Figure 2 shows a perspective view and a section of the ventilation device. Figure 3 shows a view corresponding to Figure 1 with the ventilation device in the closed position The ventilation device 1 shown in figures 1 and 2 is fixed at the top to a frame 2, while the underside is attached to the double glass panel 3. The ventilation device 1 consists of a housing 25 which has three longitudinal profiles 4, 5 6, which are mutually connected by the profiles 7, 8 of a heat-insulating material. The profiles 4, 6 are located on the outside 9 of the ventilation device 1, the profile 5 is on the inside 10. The profiles 5 and 6 are provided on the underside with flanges 26 between which the glass panel 3 is accommodated; the profiles 4 and 5 also have flanges 27 on the top side which are accommodated in the frame 2. The ventilation device 1 extends between the outside 9 and the inside 10 and ventilation passage 11. In the open position of the vention device 1 shown in Fig. 1, the outside air can flow in via the opening 12 as occurs between the longitudinal profiles 4, 6, the ventilation passage 12 and the grille 13 into the longitudinal profile 5 into the space behind the ventilation device 1. Located in the ventilation passage 11 is the closing valve 14, which is pivotally suspended by means of a hinge connection 15 on the lower and outer profile 6. The closing valve 14 can be connected via the operating element 28 (to which a lever (not shown) can be attached) be served. The closing valve 14 is entirely within the ventilation passage 12, whereby the width of the ventilation passage 12 can remain limited. A series of supports 17 are also arranged in the ventilation passage 11, which are mutually spaced apart. These supports 17 are supported on their underside by the snap connection 16 which is located at the hinge suspension 15 of the closing valve 14. The top side thereof is attached to the profiles 5 and 4, respectively at the position of the snap connections 18 and 19. Each support 17 has a hinge suspension 20 at the top for the self-regulating valve 21. This self-regulating valve 21 hangs freely downwards into the ventilation passage 11. When an air flow through the ventilation passage 11 inwards occurs, self-regulating valve 21 can participate be fed in such that the airflow can be nipped. This throttling effect occurs as soon as the intensity of the air flow through the ventilation passage 11 becomes too high, as a result of which the comfort in the space behind the ventilation device 1 could no longer be maintained. If the self-regulating valve 21 should slam shut too far, ventilation can nevertheless occur via the space 22 which is located above the self-regulating valve 21 and below the upper profile 7 of heat-insulating material, as well as between the spaced apart supports 17. The closing valve 14 is shown open in the state shown in Figure 1 and closed in the state shown in Figure 3. On the underside of the upper, on the outside, the profile 4 is located a stop 23, against which stop and the extreme edge 24 of the closing valve 14 comes to be applied in connection with the complete closure of the ventilation passage 11. In this closed In this state, the self-regulating valve 21 is entirely in the closed part of the ventilation passage 11, so that it is no longer exposed to external influences. This avoids the risk that the self-regulating valve 21 could cause chattering noises: if the closing valve 14 is closed, the turbulences caused by strong wind and the like cannot reach the self-regulating valve 21 such that it is stationary in the closed ventilation passage 11 sticks around. Although in the foregoing the ventilation device is built-in between the glazing and the frame, according to a further variant the ventilation device can be built-in between the frame and the boundary of a facade opening.
